Wild Thing - Spell & The Gypsy Collective
Wild Thing
Spell & The Gypsy Collective
We've been diving deep into our love for our island home Australia lately - For it's breathtaking natural beauty of vastness and versatility. A beauty that's rich and rare indeed. It comes at no shock that Spell & The Gypsy Collective have truly captured equally their love for this land and their latest range Wild Thing in a captivatingly stunning display of coveted childhood memories and Australian cinema influences.
Wild Thing was shot amongst the Kimberly Region, Western Australia where in all sense of the word - it runs WILD. A display of dramatic swaths of wilderness where rugged ranges meet calm blue pools - It's a spiritual place not to be underestimated.
Muse Megan Blake Irwin in our opinion translates the vision and energy behind this collection so beautifully - It stirred something in us.
Wild Thing brings a strong feminine sense with an equal strength in print and colour palette. The leopard print is bold yet soft - a mastering of this animals well loved mark. The Poinciana design is shot so beautifully amidst the blue lagoon, reminiscent of refreshing rock pool submersions in the unforgiving Australian heat. A collection that boasts many effortless pieces that tell a story of their own.
Picnic At Hanging Rock is an obvious inspiration, also one of our great loves in which we found ourselves swept away with the beauty captured here. Completely and utterly enchanted by Wild Thing ~ Thank you for creating something that has transported us to the most magical place.
