Refund policy

  • RETURNS: If you have a customer account, you can easily begin the returns process via your customer account on our website to submit for approval. Return shipping and costs are the responsibly of the customer.
  • REFUNDS: We will refund your item if we receive it within 14 business days (domestic orders). International Customers, we have a relaxed policy for returns which is 21 days.
    Items received after these times will be eligible for an in store credit only.
  • EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges, but you can re-purchase your new size via the online store if it is available, while you wait for your refund. 
    SALE ITEMS: We allow 14 days  (domestic orders) return for a store credit for sale items.
  • DISCOUNT CODES: We will refund for full priced items purchased with a discount code unless otherwise stated in promotion as final sale. We will email you a credit code to re-use in store unless otherwise stated on the promotion advertisement or marketing material.
  • SALE ITEMS: We accept returns on sale items within 14 days in exchange for a store credit.
